The Bar

The bar is well stocked with a wide variety of beers, wines, spirits and soft drinks including teas and coffees at very competitive prices. Beers and wines are maintained and served to the highest standards. Click on image for more details.

Dining and Julie's Kitchen

A choice of delicious home-made meals and snacks are available at affordable prices from Julie’s Kitchen. Sunday roast dinners are also very popular and you should book in advance. In the summer, there are often barbeques in the Club garden. Click on image for more details.

Families and children

The Club prides itself in being ‘family friendly’ where parents, grandparents and children may enjoy pleasant times together with friends. For everyone’s safety and comfort, children need to be properly supervised at all times. Click on image for more details.

Club nights

The Club organises evening entertainment events including live bands and singers as well as comedy nights. There are also quiz and race nights where you can try your luck! Get email alerts to make sure you don’t miss out. Click on image for more details.

Watching live sport

The Club has Sky Sports and BT Sport and large ultra high definition televisions along with a large overhead projector screen where you can follow your favourite sports in the company of friends and family. Most big sports events will be shown throughout the year. Click on image for more details.

Special Club events

In the summer, the Club organises summer events such as barbecues and beer and wine festivals, children’s and adults’ parties, and charity events. At Christmas and New Year, there are the usual festive events including special children’s parties. Click on image for more details.

Games and activities

Snooker, pool and darts are played daily in the Club with weekly darts and pool evenings for both men and women and mixed teams. If you would like to join a team, just let Neil or Julie know. Click on image for more details.

Club garden

In good weather, the garden is open where you can relax in fresh air and children can play safely. On warm summers’ evenings it is a good place to enjoy an alfresco meal with cool wine or chilled beer or cider. There is also a shelter for those sudden showers. Click on image for more details.

Hiring out the Club as venue

Members and non-members alike can hire out the Club and its facilities as a venue for private functions at a nominal cost to cover additional bar staff and overheads. It’s ideal for weddings, birthdays, christenings, reunions and other group events. The Club may also be used for regular meetings of other organisations, groups and societies.
